Can I culture Human Umbilical Vein Endothelial Cell (HUVEC) line in DMEM media? Will the cells grow and proliferate normally?

ATCC recommended media for HUVEC culture is F-12K medium (ATCC 30-2004). Is this of same composition of DMEM? Will my cells be able to grow properly in DMEM (supplemented with FBS) ?
