Where do SiO2 thinfilm peaks come in Raman spectra ?

I did raman spectra of SiO2 thin film of around 800 nm thickness on grown on Si(100). But i am not clear about the peak of SiO2. Where it is/are actually in the attached file?

I am in PhD, I want to work in surface and interface physics basically 2D materials . But i cd not find any problem to start work. Any idea 2 start ?
