Is CD40 triggering necessary to induce antibody secretion of CD19+ MACS isolated human B-cells from PBMC in vitro?

After stimulation of freshly isolated B-cells with 10µg/ml soluble anti-Ig (IgG and IgM), I observe B-cell activation and proliferation within 5 days, but no antibody production after 10 days.
