How do I measure a gas in ppm when target gas flowing rate is 5sccm into the testing chamber?

I am doing research in gas sensor. using mass flow meter gas flowing rate in to the chamber (volume 500ml) is 5sccm. Now how do we know the ppm of gas?

Can anyone explain how we can measure the H2S gas concentration in ppm level?

Suppose we have a cylinder containing 1000 ppm H2S in N2, how can we measure the H2S gas in ppm level? It goes to the gas testing chamber at a constant flow rate.
