How can i simulate PCM(Phase change memory) Mushroom cell structure in Silvaco TCAD?

I made structure using DEVEDIT and selected PCM( or GST) as phase change material. But when i run the simulation in ATLAS, i got the error " no default thermal conductivity model for PCM(or GST)".
