Is there anyway of knowing the concentration of a commercial antibody?

Or can you only rely on the application recommendations. I'm trying to understand how much of the actual antibody I am purchasing. Some antibodies say 100µg, others say 100µl.

Has anyone tried or had any success with flash freezing whole eyes immediately after enucleation, and then placing them in fixative at 4˚C?
