RedEXTRACT-N-Amp PCR ready mix--can it be used without the kit?

Hello, can the RedEXTRACT-N-Amp PCR ready mix be used without the kit? I have DNA from tissues digested with other digestion methods. Can I use this for my PCRs? Thank you,
