PbCl2 doesn't get dissolved in DMF or DMSO even at concentrations of 230mg/mL, how do I make sure it does, and doesn't make clumps on glass?

I kept PbCl2 on the stirrer with DMF and DMSO separately, but I can't get a solution with them, just get the white crystals floating around that get deposited in some seconds. Any way I can...
