How can do SDS-PAGE of collagen-hyaluronic acid-poloxamer gel?

I just can see beta band of collagen(Type I) in mixed gel. I need to get 3 band (beta, alpha 1 and alpha 2) of collagen. I used acetic acid(0.2M) solution to dissolve the collagen.
