I want a non-capsulated control for my phagocytosis experiment. Could anyone suggest me which strain of E. coli doesn't have a capsule?

I have DH5alfa and wild type E. coli strains. Which strain I should use for the non-capsulated control? Will there be a total absence of capsule?
