Why does Lithiated Anode (lithium plating) shines reddish brown in color inside a Argon glove box??

We discharged the cell very quickly (3C) and there was still a lot of reddish brown discoloration inside glove box. This has completely disappeared in air. Also, i don't know why the anode shines...
