I have doped ZnO nanoparticles using tungsten and antimony.1% doping..their atomic radius is different so doping would be possible or not?

i have analyzed samples using XRD, i got peaks with a slight peak shift for pure and doped material. no any addition peak was found. just XRD is enough to confirm the doping?

I have studied MB dye decolorization study using bacteria and bacteria with ZnO NP in same solution.what would be reason for enhanced reaction?

when i added ZnO NPs within bacteria, we found enhanced decolorization of dye compared to bacteria. what would be the mechanism?, because ZnO act as antimicrobial.
