I want to ask about protein-protein docking. I've tried docking with Hex and Cluspro but the result didn't show any binding. What should I do?

My protein is metalloprotease (protease that need metal to be active) and the ligand or the other protein is vicillin (I made the model use Modeller and 2cav for template).
