After 3 days of thawing the SHSY5Y vial from ATCC, I am observing very slow growth of these cells. Why only a few of them show neurite processes?

Slow growth of SHSY5Y Medium used: DMEM:F12 1% Pen-Strep 10% Qualified FBS (not heat-inactivated) Major of the cells still show circular appearance. I have attached some pics.
