Why does the XPS peak intensity of TiO2/Activated carbon(coupling) decrease by doping with Stronium?

TO/Activated carbon(AC) intensity is decreased after doping with Strontium(Sr) as shown in the figure. TO/AC calcination is lower than Sr-TO/AC.
