Why do I keep getting these weird ladder bands on my SDS-PAGE gels?

I am using 8% gel and Bio-Rad Precision Plus Protein Dual Color Standards. I have been loading 15ul of my ladder, and when I decreased the loaded amount to 5ul, I got the same weird appearance.
