I did Id-Vg curve of n type FET?

I m testing N type thin film FET. It's Id-Vg curve is not correct. Current is decreasing as positive voltage applied. It sould be increase as positive increase. Please give me your suggestion

Hallo

I want to ask that why we apply the low values of Vds max 3 to -3 V. and when we apply the back gate voltage we use roughly 40 to -40 V in the I-V characteristics of FET.
