Will the GP2-293 cells tranfeced with pBABE-GFP and ecotropic pakaging plasmid be green?

I am making retrovirus with pBABE-GFP and ECO packaging vectors in the clonetech packaging cell line GP2-293. I noticed that my host cells are not green. Is this ok?
