We are planning to optimize our THC and metabolites extraction and analysis in plasma by LC-MS/MS. Does anyone have some feedback or advices on this?

Our goal is to decrease the quantification limit as much as we can. We have a HClass-Xevo TQD Waters with a BEH C18 column 1.7 100 mm
