Is it possible to remesh with a simple command in FLAC3D to avoid the illegal geometry error message when running in large deformations please??

I am simulating the penetration of a pile inside a soil. And as it involves large deformations, some zone become too distorted and suddenly my computation halts. I cannot go further. Any help please?
