FTIR spectra of both graphite and GO shows one peak at 2357 (cm-1). Is it related with O=C=O or HO-C=O?

Before and after oxidation process this peak (2357) remains same however i got for GO, broaden peak at 3386 (-OH), 1711 and 1385 (-COOH) and few other.
