Is anyone familiar with electrophoretic transport of colloidal particles inside of a microfluidic channel having electroosmotic flow?

I was wondering what will happen to a particle inside a microfluidic channel under electric field gradient. Suppose the surfaces of the channel and the particle are charged with same polarity....
