Do i have to include all the hydrogen atoms for atomic charge calculations using GROMOS force field?

Dear all, I know that GROMOS96 force filed is united atom. When calculating the atomic charge using the GROMOS96 force field, are the value calculated considering all hydrogen atom in the ligand?
