What is the most optimal concentration of lipid in aquoeus solution? How many water I should add to hydrate the lipid film?

I'm preparing liposomes by thin film evaporation method. I'm wondering how many water I sholud add during hydration step? The next step will be the extrusion using 100nm PC membrane.
