Has anyone been able to detect cytochrome c by IF in porcine cells?

So far I have tried 6H2.B4 (BD Biosciences) and 7H8.C2 (Novus Bio) - both appear only to result only in background fluorescence in porcine cells (SK6 and PK15 - I can get additional images showing...
