In the subculturing of HDF-a cell, I was wondering if there are significant differences between using high glucose DMEM versus low glucose DMEM?

When subculturing my cells, I usually grow them in high glucose DMEM. I'm curious to know how significant the results are if I use low glucose DMEM instead.
