How to design a boost coverter for MPPT control technique? the value of capacitor and inductor depends on Switching frequency. i dont know fs?

i designed mppt using neural network also boost converter in matlab/simulink. without knowing the switching frequncy how can i calculate L and C?? is there any way to find the fs value of my mppt...
