Any suggestion for a good human cell line for studying Lamellipodium and trafficking at the leading edges?

I am interested in studying the effect of my protein loss or overexpression on the Lamellipodium formation and dynamics. Can any one suggest a good human cell line (or even a mouse cell line) ?
