While doing CFD analysis using Fluent for unsteady 2D flow past cylinder, I'm getting very low values of lift coefficient; how do I correct it?

Re=150 have checked common areas of concern like  1) Reference values. 2) Mesh quality. I m getting drag values spot on but i dnt know what is issue with lift coefficient
