I need to measure a parameter for evaluating Spiro layer performance, this parameter should be a quant, and just represent the Spiro performance, without Au.

Is there an special method for etching the FTO from glass, in the first step of making perovskite solar cell?

I know we need to get the infinite resistance for the etched part, how can I get thee? isnt it 2 molar HCl and zinc powder?
