Can anyone tell me or suggest a protocol to measure Feret's diameter minimal using Image J on H& E stained muscle fibers?

I would like to measure minimal Feret's diameter using Image J (automated analysis) on mouse muscle fibers stained with H & E or Immunostaining (Laminin). Can anyone suggest me a protocol?
