What could be the reason of moisture at the sides of Vial when I am preparing my polmyer+DMSO solution for membrane fabrication? What etiquettes I am possibly missing here?

What is the role of quencher in ROMP?, is its quantity decided according to monomer concentrtion undergoing polymerization or from the catalyst?

In ROMP M:C is 100:1, so whats the ratio of Quencher be added in? will quencher precipitate the polymer?
