How to rank cropping systems, when rice-maize cropping system is energy efficient, rice-horsegram water efficient, rice-cabbage is remunerative?

Different cropping systems are efficient for different parameters. How to rank  considering all the parameters? Is there any methodology to give some ranking (suppose in a 0-10 scale)?
