If i sterilized my membrane using UV hood for 30 mins. Do you think this will be enough to kill all bacteria?

I need to perform antibacterial test for thr membranes, and would like to eliminate all existing bacteria on memebrane surface for the control, do you think UV hood will be suffecient? Thanks
