Hi, is it possible to observe increase in cell viability of normal fibroblast cells (NIH3T3) with increasing biosurfactant-coated iron oxide NPs?

I have repeated the experiment twice (in triplicates/experiment) and have observed increase in viability with increased nanoparticle concentration (100 ug/ml-1 mg/ml). Can anyone please help me...
