Does anyone have any experience with homemade amplification of CGG repeat expansion in FMR1 gene?

I try to amplificate CGG repeat expansion in FMR1 gene but i only get to 75 repeats max. I tried several CG-rich amplification kits but nothing worked. Any ideas or experiences? Thank you guys!
