Will it make any significant difference if i used human lab kit for rats and mices for biochemical tests like LFTs, blood glucose and HBA1C etc ?

I am using human lab kits for biochemical tests of rats and mices..but i want to know whether it would make any difference or not???? and want to know about their manufacturers ( animal lab kits)????
