When in ResearchGate looking at a reference, the Mendeley plug-in is somehow blocked. That decreases the utility of RG. How to fix this?

Clicking the Mendeley browser plugin to save the reference. Nothing happens. The plugin is working on all other sites that I test, so this must be a deliberate act on the part of RG.
