Should I expect (Cre dependent) Cas9 expression in myeloid cell culture from mice with the LyzMcre +/+ and Cas9 +/- phenotype?

Would my Bone Marrow Derived Macrophage (BMDM) culture have Cas9 expression, even though they are heterozygote for the Cas9 gene?
