What solvent should I use to prepare a stock solution of PTH(1-34)?

I want to add PTH(1-34) (Sigma cat# P3796) to some bone cells in vitro.  I cannot find a paper which says how they create a stock solution so I am not sure whether to use ethanol, PBS, DMSO,...
