It is possible to perform an aminoacid PyBoP activation prior aminoacid coupling to a Wang resin ?

Dear colleagues, I would like to load an aminoacid on Wang-Harz resin. Most protocols are using HOBt in order to activate the aminoacid. Would be possible to use PyBoP reagent for this purpose?...
