What is the yield stress of Ni and Ni3Al at low temperatures in a nickel based superalloy ? Please provide with some reference.

I want to know how much the yield stress of Ni is different from Ni3Al at lower temperatures in a nickel based superalloy. I am looking for some references in this regard.
