Researchgate vs. Publishers: How far do you consider author rights could stop researchers publishing value items in RG?

Many worldwide publishers are requesting to eliminate millions of papers from Researchgate on behalf of author rights. And look: RG is not a nonprofit foundation. So, who´s unfair?
