Which is the best protocol to pack and activate Amberlite XAD-2 column? Do we have to use vacuum for packing and how to maintain flow rate??

I want to use the Amberlite XAD-2 resin column for purification but cannot find standard protocol for the same. Please share if you have any information about it. Thank you in advance.
