I'm trying to respond to a request for a reprint. It gives me a message in a red box --"An error occurred." Nothing more. Why?

I have the file, and prefer to send it privately (because I'm not a lawyer, and don't really know what permissions I have to send or post it publicly). Please advise if possible.
