In BNCT (Boron neutron capture therapy), after neutron capture, formation of Li-7 and He-4 takes place, but what happens to Li-7 ?

we know that BNCT is a very useful technique in radiotherapy.  once after neutron capture formation of Li-7 and He-4 takes place.  He-4 is alpha radiation,  i want know what happens to Li-7.
