Can anyone suggest a dosage of 5-Fluorouracil (5-FU) in nude mice?

I like to use 5-FU as a positive control anti tumor agent in nude mice bearing hepatocellular carcinoma xenograft. Can anyone suggest what dose can I use for the same? Example 20mg/kg/day?
