Why does the post column pressure in HPLC go up fastly to max when I connect post column and detector and pre-column by using Tee?

Separation of rare earth elements by using c18 RP-HPLC, I use NTA,HIBA as eluants, OS as modifier and for detection I use Arsenazo III at 645nm.
