Is it possible to take the gene that encodes ACE2, reverse it, and attach it's mirror image to itself to destroy 2 SARS-CoV-2s with one double ACE2?

Basically, the idea is to develop a molecule that could be put into the lungs as a shield so that when the virus sheds (or originally infiltrates), two of the SARS-CoV-2 attach to this one...
