Do better nucleation and dispersion inhibit crystal growth (smaller size)? Do higher crystal size indicate agglomeration?

Better or rapid nucleation means better dispersion however, will it inhibit the size of the crystals? Do larger crystal size indicate agglomeration and poor dispersion?
